Manage the Meta catalog
Maintain products, prices, stock, descriptions, and Meta retailer IDs in the Commerce area, then sync the master catalog to Meta for WhatsApp.
SaraBiT Connect Commerce gives businesses a separate catalog, order, and payment workflow. It works independently of the AI agent: customers can select a WhatsApp catalog product, an order is created in your workspace, and the customer receives your secure checkout link.
Maintain products, prices, stock, descriptions, and Meta retailer IDs in the Commerce area, then sync the master catalog to Meta for WhatsApp.
A customer’s WhatsApp cart/order can create a pending order, or staff can create one directly from Commerce.
Send the customer to a checkout URL on your own domain, with the exact order summary and amount.
Razorpay processes payment securely and a signed payment confirmation updates the order to paid.
The AI agent can later help customers discover products or answer product questions, but it does not own the catalog, checkout, payment, or order record. Your sales team can use the Commerce workflow on its own.
Connect a Meta catalog, maintain catalog products in our Commerce workspace, and sync active products to Meta. The same product record carries price, stock, SKU, retailer ID, and order information—so your team does not have to maintain a separate product list inside Meta.
Your checkout URL presents the order before Razorpay Checkout opens. Razorpay handles the secure payment interface while SaraBiT Connect verifies the payment signature and webhook before confirming the order.
Create and manage the products, inventory, prices, SKUs, descriptions, and Meta retailer IDs that make up your WhatsApp storefront, then sync them to Meta.
See pending-payment and paid orders with items, totals, customer details, and checkout status.
Send the customer’s personal checkout URL through the connected WhatsApp flow.
Connect each business’s own Razorpay credentials instead of sharing a payment account across customers.
Use the AI agent for product discovery if wanted; keep commerce active even when AI is disabled.
After verified payment, staff can continue with processing, packing, delivery, or service fulfilment.
Yes. The customer opens a checkout URL on the business’s connected SaraBiT Connect domain, sees the order summary, and then uses Razorpay Checkout to pay securely.
Yes. Commerce settings are designed for each business to enter its own Razorpay Key ID, Key Secret, and webhook secret.
No. Commerce is a separate module. AI can be used for product guidance later, but catalog, orders, checkout, and payment confirmation work independently.
Razorpay payment signatures and webhook events are verified before the order is shown as paid. A customer’s message saying they paid is not treated as payment confirmation.
