Login help
The app only works for existing SaraBiT Connect business accounts. If login fails, confirm that your account is active and that you are using the same email your administrator added.
Push notifications
Allow notifications in iOS Settings, stay signed in, and check that the alert type is enabled in the web panel.
Messaging and templates
A connected WhatsApp account is required. Template conversations can only use Meta-approved templates. New templates will not be available for sending until Meta approves them and the template list is refreshed.
