Account and data deletion

Request deletion of a SaraBiT Connect business account or personal information associated with it.

How to submit a request

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or call 9814990299 for help with the request.
  2. Use the subject “SaraBiT Connect Data Deletion Request.”
  3. Identify the business account and state whether you request full account deletion or deletion of specific personal information.
  4. Complete reasonable identity and authorization verification requested by support.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify that the requester is authorized, and explain the applicable deletion scope. Business owners may need to coordinate requests concerning customer data controlled by their organization.

Information that may be retained

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Removing the mobile app

Deleting the app from a device removes the local application but does not by itself delete the associated server account or business records. Submit the request above when server-side deletion is required.
