SaraBiT Connect is a business messaging system for teams that work through WhatsApp and connected customer channels. The web panel is used for setup and day-to-day management. The mobile app gives staff a smaller, faster place to check what needs attention.

How we use automation

Automation is there to reduce repeated work, not to pretend everything can run on its own. A configured AI agent can answer approved questions, collect details, book appointments, and raise alerts. A business still controls its setup, templates, services, and customer promises.

The mobile app is for authorized users of the SaraBiT Connect service. It includes inbox access, appointment viewing, template tools, usage information, and operational notifications for staff who are away from the web panel.
